Is SunBru free to use?
Yes. Requesting and comparing quotes is free, with no obligation to choose an installer. Selecting one starts a conversation; it does not book work, accept a contract or authorise payment.
Could comparing quotes save me money?
A lower price for an equivalent installation could save you hundreds or more. Compare the equipment, installation work and exclusions as well as the total. Savings depend on the offers received and are not guaranteed.
Which installers will quote?
Participating installers with approved accounts can quote where they cover your project. SunBru does not compare the whole market, and offers are not guaranteed. You can also seek quotes independently.
Who sees my personal details?
SunBru can see your contact details. Installers see your project brief and postcode district, but only the installer you select receives your name, full postcode, phone and email. Keep personal details out of shared project notes and questions. Installers cannot see each other’s offers.
What happens after I send my request?
Your private quote space opens with a 72-hour quote window. Compare offers as they arrive and ask installers questions. Save your private return link: no account is needed and automatic emails are not sent. Keep the link safe, because anyone with it can access your quotes. If no offers arrive, contact SunBru to discuss your project.
