  1. Choose your assessment

Request an EPC, a retrofit assessment or help choosing the right service. Landlords can enquire about several properties together.

  2. Leave your property details

Tell us your postcode, property type and preferred timing. Include a phone number if you would like to discuss your request by phone.

  3. Agree the scope before booking

SunBru reviews the enquiry. The assessor, availability, written scope, report delivery and total price are confirmed before you book.

Final scope and total price are confirmed before booking. Portfolio pricing is quoted individually.

AFTER YOU ENQUIRE

Keep your reference.
We’ll take it from there.

Your on-screen confirmation means the enquiry has been saved for SunBru review. It does not mean an installer or assessor has accepted a booking.

Follow-up is manual, so keep your reference and make sure your contact details are correct. No automatic confirmation email is sent.

Contact SunBru about an enquiry

Before you get started

Do I need an account?

No. You can use the calculator, explore installers and submit solar or assessment enquiries without signing in or having a ChatGPT account.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

Your request is saved privately for SunBru to review. Keep the reference shown on screen. Follow-up is handled manually using the contact details you provide; there is no automatic confirmation email or guaranteed response time. For a question about your request, email info@sunbru.co.uk and include your reference.

Will my details go straight to an installer?

No. A solar enquiry is initially available to SunBru. An approved installer can see it only when SunBru assigns it to that company, in line with the consent on the form. Selecting a preferred installer does not automatically contact them or confirm availability. EPC and retrofit requests are reviewed by SunBru and are not automatically shared with an assessor.

Are the calculator prices and savings guaranteed?

No. The calculator gives a planning estimate based on the settings and assumptions shown. Roof suitability, equipment, installation scope and your actual energy use can change the outcome. Ask the installer for a survey, an itemised quote and written terms before deciding.

Does SunBru endorse listed installers?

The directory helps you discover businesses; it is not a whole-market comparison or a verified recommendation. Companies are listed for research and shortlisting, not endorsed by SunBru. Check current credentials, insurance, service coverage and customer references before choosing an installer.

Does sending a request commit me to anything?

No. Submitting an enquiry does not accept a quote, book a visit, take payment or sign you up for marketing. For an assessment, final scope and total price are confirmed before booking.

How does SunBru handle fees and commercial relationships?

The EPC and retrofit prices above are indicative service prices, not a charge for submitting the form. Any relevant customer fee, referral commission or sponsored placement should be explained before you commit. A directory listing alone does not mean a company is a SunBru partner. Commercial arrangements are still being finalised.

What about the other SunBru tools?

Energy comparisons use rates you enter; no live switching service is connected. The portable solar shop is a research and range preview, with no connected checkout. You can email SunBru about community solar interest; a group discount is not guaranteed. You can use these tools to explore, then confirm current prices and terms directly with the provider.

Your enquiry details are not public. Read how SunBru handles your information.
